Practical trainings in Chocolate and sugar pan coating:

Program of standard training:

  • Precoating
  • Chocolate coating
  • Hard panning
  • Soft panning
  • Sugar-free panning
  • Coloration and smoothening
  • Polishing and special decorations

A course will take place in the Technical center of Agir CRT in Bordeaux or in our Application Laboratory in Montauban in France (depending on number of partipants)

-> One session is planned in 2026 :

-> Other session could be planned on request in our App-Lab in Montauban.
