Practical training in Chocolate and sugar pan coating:

Program of the training:

  • Precoating
  • Chocolate coating
  • Hard panning
  • Soft panning
  • Sugar-free panning
  • Coloration and smoothening
  • Polishing and special decorations

This course will take place in our Application Laboratory in Montauban in France.

Two sessions are planned :

  • Session 1 : from Monday 27th to Friday 31st of March 2023
  • Session 2 : from Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th of October 2023
