Practical training in Chocolate and sugar pan coating:
Program of the training:
- Precoating
- Chocolate coating
- Hard panning
- Soft panning
- Sugar-free panning
- Coloration and smoothening
- Polishing and special decorations
This course will take place in our Application Laboratory in Montauban in France.
Two sessions are planned :
- Session 1 : from Monday 27th to Friday 31st of March 2023
- Session 2 : from Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th of October 2023
